摘要
针对技术类知识产品价值测度中的不确定性问题,构建技术类知识产品的核心价值评价指标体系,运用未确知测度理论和信息熵计算方法确定指标权重,对技术类知识产品的价值进行等级评价,并用实例分析证明该方法对于预测技术类知识产品价值的科学性及可行性。
For the uncertainty in the value evaluation to technical knowledge products ,the authors construct the core value evaluation index system for the technical knowledge products. Based on the unascertained mathematics, and build the evaluation model and dis- tribute the weight value by the entropy theory. Through analysis of the specific example, the objectivity and feasibility of the evaluation results under the above model is proved.
