摘要
用异丙醇铝水解法能调变NaY沸石的表面性质而在沸石表面“化学镀饰”上均匀的Al2O3层,所形成的新型复合多孔材料并不减小原有沸石的孔径,于873K焙烧后也未造成Al2O3的聚集和/或形成晶相.这种Al2O3-NaY复合多孔材料同时具有类似Al2O3的表面性质以及NaY沸石的特性(高比表面和择形性)。
A new porous material, with a layer of alumina coated on NaY zeolite and without any significant change in the pore si ze of zeolite, could be prepared by hydrolysis of aluminum isopropoxide. In the case of calcination at 773K, neither surface migration nor agglomeration of alum inum species was observed on the Al 2O 3 NaY samples, indicating the stabilit y of alumina layer coated on zeolites. Supported by KF or KNO 3, this new soli d base exhibited a higher basic streng th (H =17 18) than the parent zeolite (H =9 3). On the basis of experiments it was clear that hydrolysis of aluminum isopropoxide could be utilized to coat a stable layer of alumina on zeolites providing a novel way for preparation of a strong basic zeolite.
