摘要
目的:观察缬沙坦与双氢克尿噻联合降压的疗效及安全性。方法:选取中、重度高血压患者78例,全部符合WHO/ISH高血压诊断标准。用缬沙坦80mg,1次/d,加双氢克尿噻12.5mg,1次/d,观察8周。结果:中、重度高血压患者的降压总有效率分别为96.0%、92.8%,而且患者血清电解质、血脂、血糖和心肾功能治疗前后无明显差异。结论:缬沙坦与双氢克尿噻联用降压效果显著,且对患者血清电解质、血脂、血糖和心肾功能影响小。
Objective：Observe the security and effect of valsartan combined with hydrochlorothiazide to blood pressure, Method：78 patients, accord with the diagnose standard of WHO/ISH hypertension.80mg valsartan qd,combincd with 12.5mg hydrochlorothiazidc qd,observed for 8 week. Result： The effective to blood pressure for moderate and severe hypertension were 96.0% and 92.8%.And there＇s no different in serum liquid blood glucose, cardiac and renal function before and after therapy. Conclusions： It has remarkable effect for valsartan combined with hydrochlorothiazide and with low influence to patients＇ serum liquid ,blood glucose, cardiac and renal function.
