摘要
分析了原甲醇回收系统存在的问题,通过增加小甲醇塔及其他流程进行改造后,使回收塔工艺稳定、易操作,且甲醇水含量合格率高达99.9%,保证了后续生产的连续性。同时,回收了原需焚烧的甲醇和PTMEG低聚物,取得了可观的经济效益。
The methanol recovery column process can be stable and easy operation through introducing a small size methanol column and modifying other process flow , The qualified rate of water content in methanol will reach 99.9%, which powerfully ensure the continuous production in downstream. Meanwhile, it also can recover the methanol and PTMEG oligomer which was intended to be incinerated originally. Therefore, it gains great economic benefit.
