摘要
采用高压旋喷钻孔灌注桩,既可以解决钻孔灌注桩孔底沉渣厚度大的问题,又可以加固桩端持力层,使桩长减短,不仅施工方法简便,质量可靠,工期短,而且还可节省投资,减少对环境的污染,在兴建高层建筑遇软弱土地基时,使用高压旋喷钻孔灌注桩是最为适宜的桩型之一。以具体工程为背景,结合现有桩基规范,给出了钻孔灌注桩和高压旋喷桩共同形成刚柔桩基的设计计算方法,经过计算,复合桩基的承载力、沉降与实测结果相吻合,实践证明值得在沿海软弱土地区推广应用。
The method of high pressure jet grouting ~ bored cast-in-place pile not only can solve the problem of the settling thickness at the bottom of bored cast-in-place, but also reinforcing the bearing capacity on pile tip and reducing the length of pile. Meanwhile it has the advantages of construction convenience, dependable quality, short work periods, less investment and little environmental pollution. Therefore, the method is the most suitable method during the construction of high buildings on the condition of the soft soil foundation. Based on the background of an engineering example and the code of pile foundation, the design method of rigid-flexible pile foundation which was formed by bored cast-in-place pile and high pressure jet grouting is presented by this paper. Moreover, the bearing capacity and settlement of composite pile foundation is in accordance with the testing results. Therefore, this method may be popularly used in the soft soil of coastal areas.
