摘要
介绍了塔里木河流域农业水价调整对灌水量效应的内涵和表现形式,认为农业水价调整对灌水量的效应存在供给效应和需求效应两类,但农业水价调整对灌水量的效应最终表现为需求效应。建立了塔里木河流域农业水价调整对灌水量需求效应的分析模型:基于灌水量和水价的分析模型和基于作物水分生产函数的分析模型,并对这两种分析模型进行了比较,认为,两种分析模型构成塔里木流域农业水价调整对灌水量需求效应分析的方法体系,但是随着塔里木河流域水资源的短缺,将更侧重于采用基于作物水分生产函数的分析模型。
The content and characteristics of the effect of adjustment of agricultural water price on the amount of irrigation water in Tarim River basin were introduced.It was regarded that the effect included the supply and demand effects.However,the effect of adjustment of agricultural water price on the amount of irrigation water was always represented by the demand effect.Two analytical models for the effect of adjustment of agricultural water price on the amount of irrigation water in Tarim River basin were established.One was the model based on the amount of irrigation water and water price and the other one was that based on the crop water production function.The two modes were compared.The results indicate that the two models form the analytical system for the effect of agricultural water price on the demand of amount of irrigation water in Tarim River basin.But with the shortage of water resources in Tarim River basin,the model based on the crop water production function is more effective.
