摘要
分析了装配式凸轮轴凸轮的性能要求及设计参数,对粉末冶金锻造及冷温锻造凸轮进行了材料配比和选择,对粉末冶金凸轮的精密锻造工艺进行了重点研究,探讨了碳素钢的冷温精密锻造成型工艺。应用该技术生产滚花装配式凸轮轴的凸轮,可以节材、节能、降低成本、提高生产效率及产品精度。
This paper analyzed the performance demands and the design parameters of assembled camshaft cams, and then put up the proportioning and selection on the material for the P/M forging and cold or warm forging cams. After that this paper researched of the precision forging technology on the P/M forging cams, and also discussed the shaping technology of cold or warm precision forging which was used for carbon steels. It is proved that the cams of assembled camshaft that produced by this technology, can save material and power, reduce the cost, and increase the efficiency and product precision.
