摘要
目的探讨环磷酰胺(CTX)冲击治疗难治性肾病综合征(RNS)的疗效及护理方法。方法将76例RNS患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各38例,对照组采用强的松、洛汀新、潘生丁等治疗,治疗组在以上治疗的基础上加用CTX冲击治疗,并在治疗的前、中、后期实施不同的护理干预。结果治疗组总有效率为89.47%,对照组为65.79%;治疗组1年内复发率为26.40%,对照组为74.10%。两组比较均有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论CTX冲击治疗RNS效果满意,在冲击治疗的各个时期分别实施不同的护理干预,有助于减轻CTX冲击治疗的副作用,提高效率,降低RNS复发率。
Objective：To explore the effectiveness and methods of nursing care in the treatment of RNS with CTX pulse therapy. Methods： Seventy six patients with RNS were divie into treatment group（n=38） and control group （n=38） at random.The patients in the control group were treated with prednisolone,lotensin ,persantin,ete. While CTX pulse therapy was additionally taken in the treatment group and intervention of nursing care was alse applied in the whole stages. Results： The totle effective rate was 89.74% , the treatment group was 65.79%. In the control group, the reoccurrence rate was 26.4%,in the treatment group was 74.10%, in the control group with in one year of treatment.There was significance differenoe in the comparison of the two groups（P〈0.001）. Conclusion： The CTX pulse treats the RNS effect to be satisfied, different nursing care,correspongding to different stages of CTX pulse the rapy,contributes to reducing side-effects ,increasing curative effect and decreasing reoccurrence rate.
