摘要
探讨X线片检查在先天性心脏病(室间隔缺损)诊断中的应用价值。68例先天性心脏病(室间隔缺损)手术证实,X线片的诊断符合率仅有26.4%,心脏彩超的诊断率超过80%。表明X线检查在先心(室缺)诊断中只能起到一定的辅助作用,其诊断价值远不如心脏彩照,但其对心外的肺血分布及肺功能判断具有相当的优势。
Discuss the applied value of X-ray examination for VSD. We have analysized the X-ray pictures of the 68 patients with VSD who were operated in our hospital this year,and compared the X-ray pictures with their color B of heart. The right rate of diagnosis is only 26.4% according to X-ray pictures,while is over 80% according to color B. It indicate that X-ray examination only has a relative supporting role for the diagnosis of VSD and its diagnosis value is far less than color B of heart. However,It has a substantial edge over color B for lung-blood distribution outside heart and the identification of lung function.
