摘要
目的探讨术后早期炎性肠梗阻的诊断与治疗。方法回顾性分析15例术后早期炎性肠梗阻诊治资料。结果15例腹部手术术后发生早期炎性肠梗阻患者均经胃肠减压等非手术治疗治愈。结论术后早期炎性肠梗阻采用非手术治疗效果满意。
Objective：To investigate the clinical characteristics of the early postoperative inflammatory small bowel obstruction （EPISBO） and prevention measures. Methods： To analyzed retrospectively on 15 clinical data of EPISBO. Results： 15 cases recovered after conservative treatment including gastrointestinal decompression et al. Conclusions： Conservative treatment can acquire well curative results on EPISBO.
