摘要
目的:检测P物质(substance P,SP)在人胃溃疡组织中的表达和分布,探讨SP在胃溃疡发病机制中的作用,为内分泌治疗胃溃疡提供理论依据。方法:收集潍坊医学院附属医院2000~2005年的胃溃疡标本,进行免疫组织化学染色,观察SP在胃溃疡组织中的表达。结果:SP免疫阳性细胞主要分布于黏膜和黏膜下层的神经内分泌细胞,细胞呈椎体形;肌层的细微神经纤维阳性物质很少,也呈细丝或串珠状排列于平滑肌之间。胃溃疡全层SP免疫阳性物质较正常胃组织明显减少(P<0.05)。结论:免疫组织化学结果在分子水平显示胃溃疡中SP表达的变化,表明SP在胃溃疡发病中起着重要的作用。
Objective: To investigate the expression and distribution of substance P (SP) in human gastric ulcer, explore the effect of SP in pathogenesis of the gastric ulcer and provide the theoretical data for the endocrinal therapy. Methods: The tissues of the gastric ulcer were collected from the Affiliated Hospital of Weifang Medical College from 2000 to 2005, which were dyed by immunohistochemistry in order to study the expression of SP. Results: The SP positive materials located in neuroendocrine cells among mucosa, the ganglion cells in the submucosa and the fine nerve fibres in the muscularis. The SP positive materials were decreased in the gastric ulcer compared with the normal tissue (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The results of the immunohistochemistry show the diversity of SP in the gastric ulcer in the level of molecule. The study indicates SP plays an important role in the pathogenesis of the gastric ulcer.
