摘要
施工冷缝、温度和收缩裂缝是大体积混凝土施工中应重点控制的问题。结合武汉某工程地下室筏板混凝土现场浇筑施工,介绍了大体积混凝土分层连续浇筑,防止产生冷缝、温度和收缩裂缝的技术措施,包括减少结构外约束,增加混凝土可自由变形程度;降低混凝土初始温度;混凝土二次压实、收光等。为减少温度应力和裂缝,采用2层塑料薄膜和1层毛毡的保湿保温方法;为降低混凝土硬化初期水化热,应对混凝土进行实时测温和监控。
The construction joint, temperature and shrinkage cracks should be controlled specially in mass concrete construction. Combining with someon-site concrete pouring construction of basement raft floor in Wuhan, the technologies of layered continuous pouring of tress concrete, prevention of cold joint, temperature and shrinkage cracks are introduced, which include decreasing external constraint of structure, increasing free deformation degree ef concrete, reducing initial temporature of concrete, double compaction and so on. In order to reduce temperature stresses and cracks, the moisture retention and insulation maintenance of two-layer plastic film and one-layer felt is adopted. And in order to reduce initial hardening hydration heat. of concrete, real-time temperature measurement and monitoring are necessary.
