摘要
从健康鸡肠道中分离获得一株产蛋白酶的细菌JC12,鉴定为蜡样芽孢杆菌(Bacillus cereus)。经微波-硫酸二乙酯复合诱变,选育出一株高产突变株JC128,其蛋白酶活达到1207U/mL,较菌株JC12提高了1.33倍。菌株JC128经5次传代后遗传性状稳定,且胃肠道耐受性良好,其最优产酶条件为麦芽糖6%、豆饼粉3%、发酵温度37℃、起始pH7.0。
Strain JC12 with proteinase activity was screened from healthy broiler's intestines, which was identified as Bacillus cereus. High proteinase activity strain JC128 was selected after composite mutagenized by microwave and DES, and its proteinase activity reached 1207 U/mL. Strain JC128 was genetically stable after five subcultures, and well survived in the gastrointestinal tract. The optimum fermentation condition for producing proteinase were: 6% maltose, 3% soybean cake, initial pH of 7.0, at 37℃.
