摘要
通过研究复方雪莲烧伤膏的抗菌活性及对大鼠Ⅲ度烫伤创面接种金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC-25923的实验治疗模型创面菌落计数的影响，评价复方雪莲烧伤膏外用防治烧、烫伤创面感染的功效。结果显示复方雪莲烧伤膏（混悬液）在体外能抑制多种细菌生长，而金黄色葡萄菌尤为敏感;同时，大鼠感染性Ⅲ度烫伤创面抑菌实验发现，24、48h大鼠烫伤创面菌落计数也明显低于阴性对照组，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。
The experimental study was designed for the evaluation of the antibacteria and antiinfection of 'Compound Xuelian ointment '. A modified agar plate test was performed as a bacterial inhibitory study using 45 strains bacteria including staphylococcus aureas, pseudomonas. The MIC of staphylococcus aureas (8 strains): 0. 0020g/ml;E. Coli (7 strains ): 0.0625~ 0.0156g/ml;pseudomonas (8 wound was produced on SD rat back, and they were seeded with 1.5 × 107 CUF/cm2 of staphylococcus aureas (ATCC-25923 ). Compound Xuelian ointment (5%-25%) was topically used to the surface of wounds at various time interval of 10min, 8h, 22h and 46h. Bacterial counts of infected surface of wounds showed that Compound Xuelian ointment had a significant antibacterial effect.
