ASSESSMENT OF FATIGUE RELIABILITY OF STEEL CRANE BEAMS IN SERVICE BASED ON DAMAGE CUMULATIVE MODEL

摘要 从Miner累积损伤的定义出发,视累积损伤为随机过程,临界损伤为随机变量,考虑腐蚀情况下疲劳抗力的衰减,提出了在役钢结构吊车梁疲劳可靠度分析方法。对某在役钢结构吊车梁随时间变化的疲劳可靠性进行了评估,预测该钢结构吊车梁剩余疲劳寿命,为进一步维修决策提供依据。 Regarding the crane load as a stochastic process,an analybic method of steel crane beams in service is proposed based on Miner cumulative fatigue-damage.It is used to assess the fatigue reliability varing with time of a steel crane beam in service.The result shows that the fatigue reliability of the steel crane beam in service decreases with the increasing of the time,which can predict the residual fatingue life of the steel crane beam.
