护理谵妄筛选评分在SICU老年谵妄病人中的应用 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨SICU病人术后谵妄的有效护理评估方法。方法采用护理人员谵妄筛选评分（Nu-DESC）对非心脏手术后进人SICU的213例外科重症病人进行谵妄评估。结果213例病人中有93例发生谵妄，发生率为43．7％。初次出现谵妄症状的时间为0～5d，其中87．1％病人的始发时间在术后2d内，谵妄症状的持续时间为1～13d。结论采用Nu—DESC建立谵妄病人的护理评估常规，对于此类病人的及时诊断，缓解症状有重要意义。
