水曲柳皮中化学成分的研究 被引量:3

Study on Chemical Constituents from Bark of Fraxinus mandschurica Rupr.

摘要 目的研究水曲柳(Fraxinus mandschurica Rupr.)皮的非香豆素类化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱对水曲柳皮体积分数95%乙醇提取物的正丁醇部分进行分离,通过理化性质和波谱分析鉴定其化合物的结构。结果从水曲柳中分得6个化合物,其中3个苯乙醇苷类,1个木质素类,1个裂环环烯醚萜类和1个酚苷类,分别鉴定为calceolarioside A(Ⅰ),calceolarioside B(Ⅱ),calceolarioside A-2′-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(Ⅲ),高香草醇-4′-葡萄糖苷(Ⅳ),ligstroside(Ⅴ),balanophonin(Ⅵ)。结论Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅵ,Ⅶ均为首次从水曲柳皮中分离得到,其中Ⅲ为新化合物。 OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of the bark ofFraxinus mandschurica Rupr. METHODS The compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography with silica. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. RESULTS Six compounds were identified as calceolarioside A (Ⅰ), calceolarioside B (Ⅱ), calceolarioside A-2'-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(Ⅲ), homovanillyl alcohol-4'-glycoside(Ⅳ), ligstroside(Ⅴ), balanophonin(Ⅵ). CONCLUSION Compound Ⅰ , Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅵ and Ⅶ are isolated from the bark ofFraxinus mandschurica Rupr. for the first time and compound Ⅲ is a new one.
