摘要
通过对高职院校图书馆队伍现状的分析,针对存在的问题,提出提高高职院校图书馆队伍建设的有效途径和办法。并以黄冈职业技术学院图书馆队伍的现状加以分析和论证。
Analyzing the present situation of the library group of our college, aiming at the existed problems, some effective methods and approaches were put forward in order to enhance the library group construction of high vocational colleges, tak- ing Huanggang Polytechnic College as the example to analyze and prove the details.
