摘要
中西医结合研究慢性肾脏病诊治是当前的重点和难点,也是近年来的研究热点。着眼于目前西医治疗慢性肾脏病的临床疗效中存在的问题初步探讨了慢性肾脏病中西医结合临床研究的方向,并提出以下几个切入点:(1)从提高患者生活质量入手进行研究;(2)从延缓慢性肾脏病的进展进行研究;(3)从减少慢性肾脏病病人感染的发生率和致死率进行研究;(4)从减少或延缓慢性肾脏病患者的心血管事件的发生进行研究;(5)建立中西医结合循证治疗慢性肾脏病规范。
The researches about the diagnosis and treatment of CKD are important and difficult and hot for the Integrative Chinese and Western medicine clinic study. We discuss the future clinic study on the the Integrative Chinese and Western medicine chronic kidney disease, and make several cut-in points as followings： to improve the patients life quality;To keep chronic kidney disease deteriorating slowly;To reduce the infection incidence and mortality; To reduce or postpone the cardiovascular events;To establish the authorize of the CKD treatment from evidence based integrative Chinese and Western medicine.
