摘要 应用免疫组化LSAB法检测了105例大肠癌组织中p16蛋白。结果:大肠癌p16蛋白表达阳性率为60.0%,与癌组织分化程度呈正相关(P<0.01),与癌组织浸润深度和Dukes′分期呈负相关(P<0.01)。无区域淋巴结转移者的p16蛋白表达阳性率为76.9%,伴区域淋巴结或远处器官转移者为50.0%,二者有显著性差异(P<0.01)。生存超过5年者p16蛋白表达阳性率(83.3%)明显高于5年内死亡者(53.1%),有显著性差异(P<0.05)。说明p16基因能抑制大肠癌的浸润与转移。 The expression of p16 protein was examined immunohistochemically in 105 cases of resected human colorectal carcinomas.The results showed that there was 60.0%(63 cases) positive staining of p16 protein in the primary lesions.Inverse relation was found between p16 protein expression and tumor invasion or progression of Dudes′s stage(P<0.01).The positive staining rate in patients without regional lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that in those with nodal or organ involvement(P<0.01).Expression of p16 protein was positively associated with longer postoperative survival (5 years) (P<0.05).These results suggest that p16 gene play an important role in lymph node metastasis and invasion in colorectal carcinoma and may serve as an indictor to predict the prognosis of patients.
