摘要
对４１例进展期胃癌（ＡＧＣ）行Ｄ４式手术。探讨ＡＧＣ生物学行为与腹主动脉旁淋巴结转移率之间的关系，阐明了对ＡＧＣ行Ｄ４式手术的临床意义及进行腹主动脉旁淋巴结清扫的必要性，讨论了Ｄ４式手术的适应证及方法，指出该术式对改善ＡＧＣ病人的预后起较大作用。
41 cases of advanced gastric cancer(AGC) which were conducted D_4 operation were summarized to discuss the relationship between AGC biological activity and the metastastic rate of paraaortic lymph nodes.The clinical significamce of conducting D_4 operation to AGC and the necessarity of parraaortic lymph nodes clearing were accounted.It discussed the indication and the methode of the D_4 operation.It was pointed out that the operation played a role in improving the prognosis of AGC patients.
