摘要血清触珠蛋白(Haptoglobin Hp)是一种血浆糖蛋白,也是急性相反应物。近年有报道白血病患者血清Hp 增高,缓解时血清 Hp 含量降低(P<0.05)。但未见白血病感染时血清 Hp 含量的变化。本文结合临床,对68例急慢性白血病缓解与未缓解,感染与未感染患者的血清 Hp 检测进行了分析,现报告如下。
