摘要
为解决油库库区油罐油品温度测量点多、距离远、易受干扰、测量精度低等问题,设计了一种基于单总线数字温度传感器DS18B20和单片机AT89C51的油罐多点温度测量系统,给出了数字温度传感器的特性分析、系统温度测量的电路硬件和软件设计。通过实验室试验和油罐现场温度测量试验表明,该系统抗干扰能力强、传输距离远、精度高、性价比高,安装维护方便,在油罐油品温度测量方面具有广阔的应用前景。
In order to solve problems in temperature measurement of oils such as many measurement points, far distance, easy to be interfered, low measurement precision etc., the multi-points temperature measurement system for oil tank based on 1 -wire digital temperature sensor DS18B20 and singlechip microcomputer AT89C5 has been designed, and characterstics analysis of the digital temperature sensor, hardware and software of the system temperature measurement are presented. The experiment and field measurements of temperature show that the system has of high anti-interfere capacity, long transportation distance, high installation and maintenance, etc. of and has in oil tanks. precision, high ratio of performance and price, easy wide application respect in oil temperature measurement
