重油专用破乳剂的合成及应用

摘要 以苯乙烯(St)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、丙烯酸(AA)为主要组分,合成了一种重油专用破乳剂,红外光谱表征表明,所合成的破乳剂为St、BA、MMA、AA共聚物;在研究单因素变化对产物性能影响的基础上,采用正交设计实验确定各单体配比为St25%,BA32%,MMA35%,AA8%(质量分数);合成的破乳剂在重油中质量分数为2.50×10-4时,水洗后重油钾钠质量分数为8.0×10-7,且油水界面清晰,污水无色透明。 A heavy fuel oil demulsifier was synthesized with styrene thermoplastic (St), butyl acrylate (BA), acrylic acid(AA), methyl methylacrylate(MMA). The results of IR characterization indicate that the product is the copolymer of St, BA, MMA and AA. Based on the study for the effect of changes of single factor on the properties of synthesized demulsitier, the ratios of each monomer of the synthesized demulsifier were determined by orthogonal design experiment, separately 25% St,32% BA,35% MMA and 8% AA (mass percentage). The mass percentage of K and Na in heavy fuel oil after washing by water is 8.0 × 10^-7 when the dosage of the synthesized demulsifier in heavy fuel oil is 2. 50 × 10^-4, moreover the oil-water interface is clear-cut and separated water is colorless and transparent.
