摘要
为了观察苯乙酸钠（ＮａＰＡ）对人肝癌细胞株（ＨｅｐＧ－２）的分化诱导作用，应用流式细胞仪（ＦＣＭ）、台盼蓝染色计数法和３Ｈ－ＴｄＲ掺入法观察苯乙酸钠对人肝癌细胞株的细胞周期动力学变化。另用喉癌细胞株（Ｈｅｐ－２）做对照细胞。结果显示苯乙酸钠对人肝癌细胞呈剂量依懒性抑制，细胞周期的Ｇ１期下降，Ｓ期相对升高，但对喉癌细胞抑制作用不明显。表明苯乙酸钠可抑制人肝癌细胞株增殖。
To study the induced differentiation action of phenylacete Natrium (NaPA) on human hepatocellular cancer cell strain (HepG2) and laryngocarcinoma cell strain (Hep2).The Cell biological changes of HepG2 and 3Hep2 cell were observed by flow cytomtry technique (FCM),trypan blue dyeing count method and 3H-TdR method.Results showed The HepG2 cell presented a dosage dependent inhibition to NaPA.The G1 stage was declined and S stage was rised relatively.But there is no significant response to NaPA in laryngocarcinoma cell.
