摘要
本文报告了106例新生儿因先天畸形和后天外伤所致皮肤缺损的修复，讨论了新生儿皮瓣的选择、适应证及术中注意事项．认为应用皮瓣对新生儿畸形进行治疗可以减少以后顽固性疤痕挛缩，确保新生儿的正常发育，减少致残率．另外本文还讨论了各种皮瓣的运用，以开拓小儿外科医师的视野．
The purpose of this article is to discuss advances to use of flap in neonate surgery and report treatment of 106 cases．The author think that use of flap could lessen scar deformity in newborn deformity．
