摘要
对经湿法纺丝制备的纯海藻酸盐纤维的相关物理机械性能和化学性能进行测试分析。结果表明:纯海藻酸盐纤维具有较高回潮率和较好吸水性,且具有一定的自阻燃性。纯海藻酸盐纤维的耐热性较差,加热至110℃时,纤维开始发黄,而且强度下降明显,说明纤维不适宜进行高温处理。纤维的耐酸性能和耐碱性能都较差,在室温、弱酸溶液中虽不溶胀,但对强度的影响很大。纯海藻酸盐纤维的耐盐性也较差,遇含有钠离子的盐溶液易发生溶胀甚至全部溶解。
The physical and chemical properties of alginate fiber made from wet spinning were tested. The results show that alginate fiber has good moisture regain, water absorption, and flame retardant property, but poor heat resistance. As the fiber turns yellowing and significant loss of strength reduction when heating to 110℃, it is not suitable for high-temperature treatment. Alginate fiber has poor resistance to acid and alkali. Although the fiber is not swollen in mild acid solution at room temperature, it has great impact on its strength. In addition, the salt resistance of alginate fiber is also poor, it tends swollen or even completely dissolved in the presence of salty solution containing sodium ions.
