摘要
目的:研究用带血管蒂髌骨移位的方法修复胫骨外侧髁上关节面缺损。方法:用37侧成人下肢标本,经解剖、厚切片和铸型研究髌骨的血管。观测30块髌骨和胫骨外侧髁上关节面的形态和面积。结果:①供应髌骨血液的各支动脉先在髌骨周围吻合成髂周动脉环,再由该环发支进入髌骨;②于髌尖外下方参与形成髌周动脉环的膝下外动脉蒂长、径粗、位置恒定;③髌骨关节面与胫骨外侧髁上关节面形态大小相似。结论:带血管蒂髌骨可移位至胫骨外侧髁,利用其关节面,修复上关节面缺损。
Objective:To find a way to use pedicled patella translocation to repair the superior articular surface of tibial lateral condyleMethods:The patella blood supply was studied by dissection,thick section and cast on 37 sides of adult lower limbsAnd the morphology and area of 30 patella and tibial lateral condyle were observed and measuredResults:The arteries supplied to patella formed a ring,then the ring sends branches to the patellaThe lateral inferior genicular vessels have a long length and a big diameter,and its course was constantA similar form and area are found on the articular surface on both patella and tibial lateral condyleConclusions:Pedicled patella could be transposed to repair the defect of superior articular surface of tibial lateral condyle
