摘要
目的：探讨腰骶部移行椎与腰痛的关系。方法：对正常人及慢性腰痛患者行放射学调查，统计腰骶部移行椎的发生率。结果：１８４名正常对照者中有２９例存在移行椎，占１５．８％，而２７６名腰痛患者中则有９７例，占３５．１％，统计学差异非常显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）。
Objective:To investigate the correlation between lumbosacral transitional vertebrae and lumbagoMethods:The plain radiographs from normal subjects and partients with chronic lumbago were analyzed to assess the incidence of lumbosacral transitional vertebraeResults:Of 184 normal subjects,only 20(158%) had transitional vertebrae, while 97(351%) of 276 patients were noted to have transitional vertebrae Conclusions:The difference was highly significant (P<001)This study indicates the etiologic significance of lumbosacral transitional vertebra and lumbago
