摘要
目的探讨晚期青光眼睫状体冷凝术的护理措施。方法对28例晚期青光眼睫状体冷凝治疗的病人进行观察及护理。结果28例晚期青光眼睫状体冷凝治疗的病人中25例眼压得到控制，所有患者的眼痛、异物感等症状均消失或显著减轻。结论术前做好解释及准备工作。术中密切观察患者全身反应及熟练掌握经巩膜睫状体冷凝术的配合，术后密切观察病情，做好并发症预防及出院指导是提高该手术疗效的重要条件。
Objective To explore the nursing measures of cyclocryotherapy for late glaucoma. Methods 28 late glaucoma patients after cyclocryotherapy were cared and observed. Results The intraocular pressure of 25 out of the 28 eases were under control; eye pain, foreign body sensation and other symptoms of all patients were disappeared or significantly reduced. Conclusions Explanation and preparations before operation, close observations of patients＇ systemic reactions and mastering the cooperation skills of sclera cyclocryotherapy during operation, close observations, complications prevention after operation and guidance to discharge are all key faetors of improving the efficacy of the operations.
