摘要
简述了甲醇三塔精馏装置应用高效丝网波纹规整填料,配套使用新型气液分布器和蒸发式冷凝器等先进技术的情况;介绍了三塔精馏工艺流程和装置特点;通过与传统板式塔工艺对比,从吨甲醇消耗、产品质量、节能减排等方面总结了装置生产运行效果。结果表明:1套10万t/a甲醇精馏装置,每年节能降耗节省资金达到547.6万元,且可实现装置生产污水的零排放。
Author has selected the highly effective and regular mesh packing with corrugated shape in fractional distillation device of methanol with 3 towers; has used, in complete mode, the new type gas/liquid distributor and the evaporation type condenser; has introduced the fractional distillation process flow with 3 towers and device feature ; through comparison with the traditional plate type tower process, has summarized the running effect of device from aspects of consume per ton of methanol, product quality; energy conservation and emission reduction etc.. Result indicates that the annually saving fund reaches to 5. 476 million Yuan RMB through energy conservation and consume reduction for one set of fractional distillation device of methanol with a capacity of 100 000 t/a, and can realize zero emission for polluted water of the device.
