中变反应段催化剂用量与床层温度控制

摘要 针对现行中低低变换工艺中普遍存在的中变反应段热点温度偏低的情况,通过阐述中变段催化剂用量与床层温度的关系,提出了合理确定催化剂用量的原则;通过分析汽气比对床层热点温度的影响,提出了床层温度的控制方法和调节措施。 In allusion to the situation that the hot spot temperature commonly existed in present middle low-low shift process was too low in middle shift reaction stage through describing the relation between middle shift stage catalyst usage quantity and bed temperature , author has presented the rule to reasonably determine the catalyst quantity usage ; through analyzing the influence of steam ratio on the hot spot temperature of bed, author has presented the control method and adjusting measures for bed temperature.
