泌乳奶牛乳腺葡萄糖吸收、代谢及其调控研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 乳腺是合成乳汁的重要场所。葡萄糖是泌乳奶牛合成乳糖的前体物,并且与乳脂、乳蛋白合成密切相关。为提高泌乳奶牛饲料转化效率、泌乳量,有必要深入研究奶牛乳腺的葡萄糖吸收与代谢机制。本文从乳腺葡萄糖吸收方式、乳腺葡萄糖摄取的调控、乳腺葡萄糖代谢及调控3个方面,对泌乳奶牛乳腺的葡萄糖吸收、代谢及其调控进行综述,为进一步研究乳腺代谢,调控乳产量、乳脂含量和乳蛋白含量提供依据。
