摘要
目的对茜草科拉拉藤属植物蓬子菜（Galium verum L．）全草的乙醇提取物进行分离鉴定。方法经反复纯化制备化合物，并通过化合物的理化性质分析、波谱解析、对照品比较及与文献报道对比鉴定化合物的化学结构。结果分离得到7个化合物，根据理化性质和波谱学解析分别鉴定为东莨菪素（1）、阿魏酸（2）、对羟基苯丙酸（3）、香豆酸三十二烷酯（4）、正三十二烷醇（5）、β-谷甾醇（6）和胡萝卜苷（7）。结论化合物1—5为从本属中首次分离得到。
Aim To investigate the chemical constituents of the 95% EtOH extract of Galium verum L.. Methods Seven compounds were isolated by chromatography and identified by spectral data. Results The compounds obtained were identified as scopoletin （ 1 ）, ferulic acid （ 2）, p-hydroxy -phenylpropionic acid （ 3 ）, trans-dotriacontyl-coumarate （4）, n-dotriacontanol （ 5 ） ,β-sitosterol （ 6 ）, daucosterol （ 7 ）. Conclusion Among them, 1 -5 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
