摘要
介绍了鞍钢股份有限公司鲅鱼圈钢铁分公司在铁水预处理工序对高硅铁水进行脱硅处理,在转炉工序使用高硅铁水进行转炉生产的实践。实践表明,在铁水预处理工序采用脱硅剂进行脱硅能有效降低铁水硅含量,在转炉工序通过调整操作制度,可以采用高硅铁水入转炉冶炼,实现了转炉和高炉生产同步。
This article presents the desiliconizing treatment for high silicon hot metal in hot metal pretreating process and the blowing operation for high silicon hot metal in converter in Bayuquan Iron and Steel Branch Company of Angang Steel Co. , Ltd.. Actual operations show that silicon con- tent in hot metal can be sufficiently reduced by using desiliconlzafion agent in hot metal pretreatment process and then hot metal with high silicon can be blown directly in converter by adjusting the operating procedure so that steelmaking in converter and irenmaking by BF can be operated synchronously.
