摘要
简要论述了彩色CCD图像检测火焰温度场的原理和实现方法,针对火电厂现有锅炉火焰监视、温度场测量和燃烧诊断系统中存在的问题,提出了一种以ARM和DSP双核体系结构的嵌入式图像火焰监测系统的设计方案,设计了ARM和DSP系统单元间的硬件方案和软件设计。该系统具有性能高、功耗和成本低、稳定性和实时性好等优点。
The principle and the realization method of using color CCD image to detect the flame temperature field are illustrated in Brief. A new design of image CCD monitoring system for flame in Furnace based on dual-core embedded ARM and DSP processors is presented, according to the existing problems of the general monitoring system on flame monitoring, temperature field measurement and combustion diagnostics. It lays emphasis on the design of communication interface between ARM and DSP units, including hardware implementation and software program. This system has advantages of high performance, low cost, low power consumption, good stability and expandability.
