摘要
对某氧化铝厂赤泥泵过流部件高铬铸铁材料使用寿命短、磨损严重的情况进行了分析,并通过改进材料的化学成分和控制热处理过程,获得了比较理想的金相组织,大大提高了泵件的使用寿命。
Some analyses were conducted cast iron materials of the overflowing parts of the short service life and serious erosion of the high chromium of the sludge pumps for discharging red mud in an aluminium oxide plant. An ideal metallic phase structure was obtained by improving the chemical components of the cast iron material and controlling the heat treatment process, and the service life of the parts of the pumps was significantly increased.
