摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术（laparoscopic cholecystectomy，LC）并发症的防治。方法回顾性分析我院1997年3月-2008年7月行LC发生并发症的32例的临床资料。结果本组32例均经手术及保守治疗治愈。结论胆管损伤、出血、胆漏和胆总管残余结石、急性胰腺炎是LC的主要并发症，绝大部分并发症是能够预防和治愈的。
Objective To investigate the prevention and treatment of the complications following laparoscopic cholecystectomy（LC）. Methods Thirty-two patients with various operative complications subject to LC were studied retrospectively from March 1997 to July 2008. Results All the complications were successfully cured by operation or conservative methods. Conclusion The major complications of LC included bile duct injury, bleeding, bile leakage, stone residue. Most of complications could be cured and prevented.
