摘要
目的检测过敏性紫癜肾炎患儿外周血淋巴细胞CD23的表达血清IgE水平,探讨CD23、IgE在儿童过敏性紫癜肾炎发病机制中的作用。方法采用流式细胞分析技术及酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测30例过敏性紫癜肾脏受损(HSPN)患儿和30例过敏性紫癜(HSP)患儿外周血CD23阳性(CD23+)淋巴细胞的百分率和血清IgE水平。并与30例健康儿童作对照分析。结果HSP组CD23+淋巴细胞的百分率和血清IgE水平均高于正常对照组(P(0.01);HSPN组CD23+细胞的百分率和血清IgE水平均高于HSP组(P(0.01)。通过Pearson相关分析发现,HSP患儿外周血CD23+淋巴细胞百分率与血清IgE呈正相关(r=0.322,P<0.05)。结论CD23及IgE可能共同参与了过敏性紫癜的发生和发展。
Objective To detect the expression of CD23 on peripheral blood lymphocytes and serum IgE in HSPN children and to investigate the role of CD23 and IgE in pathogenesy of HSPN. Methods CD23 expression on peripheral blood lymphocytes were detected by flow cytometry, and serum IgE was measured by using ELISA in 30 cases with HSP and 30 cases of HSPN and 30 cases of health controls. Results CD23 expression on lymphocytes and serum IgE were significantly elevated with HSP as compared with health control ( P 〈 0. 01 ) ; CD23 expression on lymphocytes and serum IgE were significantly elevated with HSPN as compared with HSP( P 〈 0.01 );the positive correlation between CD23 and IgE was presented (r = 0. 322, P 〈 0. 05).
