摘要
[目的]为有效防治萧县小麦胞囊线虫病提供理论依据。[方法]通过对萧县小麦胞囊线虫病的田间调查与试验,研究了小麦胞囊线虫病的发生范围、田间分布及危害。[结果]小麦胞囊线虫年均只发生一代。病害分布面积占普查面积的79.3%。小麦田土壤中小麦胞囊线虫卵的平均密度为6.5粒/g。与施用2次涕灭威颗粒剂的小区相比,未施药小区新麦12和皖麦50的鲜重损失率分别为23.3%和22.5%,孕穗数分别减少25.9%和11.1%。与未施药小区相比,3.2%阿维菌素0.56 ml/m2、15%涕灭威颗粒剂2.8、4.3 g/m2和施用2次4.3 g/m2小区的平均单株根部雌虫数量分别降低-5.2%、24.0%、44.8%和60.4%,单株鲜重分别增长-7.0%、5.3%、1.2%和17.0%,孕穗数分别增长4%、8%、8%和16%。[结论]深入研究小麦胞囊线虫病发生规律及防治措施对有效防治萧县小麦胞囊线虫病尤为重要。
[Objective] The aim was to supply theoretical basis for effectively controlling wheat cyst nematode in Xaioxian county. [Method] The occurrence area, field distribution and harms of wheat cyst nematode were studied through field investigation and experiment on wheat cyst nematode in Xiaoxian county. [ Result ] The wheat cyst nematode had only one generation annually and its disease distribution area accounted for 79.3% in surveyed area. The average density of wheat cyst nematode eggs in the soil in wheat field was 6.5 particles/g. Compared with the plots applied with aldicarb granules for twice, the loss rate in fresh weight of Xinmai 12 and Wanmai 50 were 23.3% and 22.5% resp. and their ear numbers were reduced by 25.9% and 11.1% resp. in the non-applied plots. Compared with non-applied plots, the average female pest quantities per plant in roots in the plots applied with 0. 56 ml/m^2 3.2% avermeetin,15% aldiearb granules and 4.3 g/m^2 were applied twice and decreased by -5.2%, 24.0%, 44.8% and 60.4% resp. , their fresh weights per plant were increased by -7.0%, 5.3%, 1.2% and 17.0% resp. and their ear numbers were increased by 4%, 8%, 8% and 16% resp. [ Conclusion] It was very important to thoroughly study the occurrence law and control measures of wheat cyst nematode for its effective control in Xiaoxian.
