摘要
在丙烯腈催化剂考评装置上对丙烯负荷、反应温度、催化剂用量、丙烯与空气的物质的量比等工艺参数对催化剂性能的影响进行了研究。结果表明,当丙烯负荷为0.08 h^(-1),反应温度为440℃,催化剂用量为450 g,丙烯与空气的物质的量比为9.0时,丙烯腈的单程收率为82.3%,丙烯的转化率为98.3%,丙烯腈的选择性为83.7%,催化剂表现出较好的催化能力。
In the acrylonitrile catalyst evluation plant, study was made on the effects of some processing parameters as propylene load, reaction temperature, catalyst dosage, mol ratio of propylene to air on catalyst performance. Result showed that under the conditions of the propylene load of 0.08h^-1, reaction temperature of 440℃, catalyst dosage of 450g,mol ratio of propylene to air of 9.0 ,the single pass yield of acrylonitrile was 82.3%, and the conversion ratio of propylene was 98.3%, the selectivity of acrylonitrile was 83.7%, the catalyst showed good catalyzing performance.
