摘要
国家法律法规的不断完善、电力体制改革的不断深化和电网企业实施"一强三优"现代公司的发展战略,使得电网企业财务管理面临新的形势。以现阶段电力企业财务管理的基本情况为背景,分析了电网企业财务管理创新的内在要求,进一步系统阐述了财务管理的目标创新、财务管理观念创新、财务管理内容创新、财务管理手段创新与财务工作人员能力创新等。
With continuous improvement of the state laws and regulations as well as deepening of the power system reform and implementation of the ＂Strong Grids, Excellent Assets, Excellent Service and Excellent Performance＂ strategy, the financial management in power grid enterprises is put to a new environment with new challenges. Based on the current conditions of the financial management in power grid enterprises, this paper analyzes the intrinsic requirement for innovations in the financial management, and proposes innovations of goals, concepts, contents, means and methods as well as the staffs＇ capability in the financial management.
