摘要
目的了解急性有机磷中毒中间综合征(IMS)患者血栓前状态变化情况。方法对23例IMS患者血清P-选择素(Ps)、尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活物(uPA)、纤溶酶原激活物抑制物(PAI)和血管性血友病因子(vWF)水平进行检测,并与21例健康体检者(对照组)和20例急性有机磷中毒非中间综合征组(AOPP组)比较。结果IMS组血清Ps、uPA和vWF水平分别为(42.38±14.12)pg/L、(1.68±0.52)μg/L、(164.33±33.16)%;AOPP组分别为(31.57±12.31)pg/L、(1.23±0.41)μg/L、(135.45±31.21)%;对照组分别为(21.62±12.27)pg/L、(0.61±0.42)μg/L、(112.27±31.41)%。IMS组高于对照组和AOPP组(P<0.01或P<0.05);PAI:IMS组为(1.36±0.38)Au/ml,AOPP组为(0.93±0.31)Au/ml,对照组为(0.74±0.29)Au/ml,IMS组低于对照组和AOPP组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论IMS患者机体纤溶功能受损,表现为纤溶亢进,其受损程度较AOPP患者重。
Objective To comprehend the prethrombotic state changes of acute organophosphate poisoning in patients with intermediate syndrome. Methods 23 cases of patients with IMS , P-selectin （Ps） , urokinase-type plasminogen activator （uPA）, plasminogen activator inhibitor （PAI） and yon Willebrand factor （vWF） levels were detected , and compared with 21 cases of healthy persons （ control group） and 20 cases of acute organophosphate poisoning intermediate syndrome （AOPP） group. Results IMS serum Ps, uPA and vWF levels were （42.38±14.12） pg/L, （1.68±0.52）μg/L, （164.33±33.16）% ; AOPP group were （31.571±12.31） pg/L, （1.23±0.41）μg/L, （135.45±31.21）% ; control group were （21.62±12.27）pg/L, （0.61±0.42）μg/L, （112.27±31.41）%. IMS Group was higher than AOPP group and the control group （P〈0.01 or P 〈0.05） ; PIA ： IMS Group was （136± 0.38） Au/ml, AOPP group was （0.93±0.31） Au/ml, and control group was （0.74±0.29） Au/ml,IMS group was lower than the control group and the AOPP group（ P 〈0.01 or P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The IMS patients＇ fibrinolytic function was impaired that performanced as hyperfibroidism, and its impairment was more severe than the AOPP.
