摘要
目的探讨特殊类型肾囊肿的CT特点及鉴别诊断。方法回顾分析11例经手术病理证实的特殊类型肾囊肿的CT表现。结果 CT对特殊类型肾囊肿的诊断准确性高。11例特殊类型肾囊肿中,出血性肾囊肿4例,钙化性肾囊肿3例,分隔性肾囊肿1例,肾囊肿合并感染3例。结论 CT能较好地显示特殊类型肾囊肿的形态和特征,增强延迟扫描对其与囊性肾癌的鉴别诊断具有较高价值。
Objective To discuss CT features of special type kidney cyst. Methods CT findings in 11 cases with pathologically -proved special type kidney cyst were retrospectively analyzed. Results CT could diagnose special type kidney cyst with a high accuracy. Of 11 cases, bloody kidney cyst 4 cases, calcified kidney cyst 3 cases, seperate kidney cyst 1 case, infect kidney cyst 3 cases. Conclusion CT can display the forms and features of special type kidney cyst. Enhanced delay scans have a great value in identifying the special type kidney cyst and cystic renal cell carcinoma.
