摘要
本文主要对高校教学管理的各种模式进行多角度、全方位的对比分析。其目的在于使教学管理者能够从多角度深入了解各种模式的本质,从而在管理实践中取长补短,博采众长、优化组合,达到借鉴的最佳效果。而不在于厚此薄彼,以一概全,避免运用时出现生搬硬套、交叉互换、效率低下、资源浪费等问题。
This paper conducts a full range of comparative analysis on teaching management of a variety of models from different angles. Its purpose is to make teaching managers understand the nature of the various modes from different perspectives, thus to achiver management to promote the advantages and avoid disadvantages, to absorb strengths to optimiz the proffolio to obtain the best results, rather than being biased-fits-all, when applied mechanically to avoid the use of cross-swap, inefficiency, waste of resources and other issues.
