摘要
电力企业生产经营活动中的物资消耗是维护成本的主要方面,直接影响到企业的发展。针对电力企业物资管理的特点和问题,提出应用新的管理手段使物资的购、存、消管理水平上一个台阶,并以大唐某发电有限责任公司ERP物料管理系统为例研究发电企业的物资管理解决方案。
Goods and materials consumption in the production and operation activities in power enterprises is the main aspect of maintaining costs, which has a direct impact on their development. Dealing with the characteristics and problems of logistics management in power enterprises, this paper puts up the application of new management methods to improve the level of goods purchasing, storing and selling. This paper also studies the solutions of logistics management in power enterprises taking ERP materials management system of Datang Power Generation Company as an example.
