摘要
目的:建立RP-HPLC测定连花清瘟胶囊中绿原酸含量。方法:采用Shim-pack VP-ODS C18反相色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.2%磷酸(12:88)为流动相;流速为1.0mL.min-1;检测波长327nm;柱温:30℃。结果:绿原酸在0.051～0.922μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999,n=6),平均加样回收率为98.84%,RSD为1.14%(n=6)。结论:该方法准确、重现性好、简便、易行,可作为连花清瘟胶囊的质量控制方法。
Objective： To establish a method for detecting chlorogenic acid in Lianhua Qingwen Capsule with RP-HPLC.Methods： The chromatographic column of Shim-pack VP-ODS C18 （4.6 mm× 250 mm, 5μm ） was used, the mobile phase was consisted of aeetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid aqueous solution （12：88）, The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1, the detective wavelength was 327 nm and column temperature was 30℃. Results： The linear range of the method was 0.051- 0.922μg （r=0.999 9, n = 6）, the average recovery was 98.84%, RSD was 1.14% （n=6） .Conclusion： The results showed this method is accurate, reproducible, simple and easy to do, which can be used in quality control of Lianhua Qingwen Capsule.
