摘要 在现代工业控制领域中,异步电机的起动控制一直是个非常重要的研究课题。由于直接起动时一般会产生数倍于额定电流的冲击电流,不仅对电网造成不良影响,而且严重影响电机的使用寿命。文章介绍了DSP-TMS320的性能,提出了一种基于DSP-TMS320平台实现软启动控制系统的设计方案,同时给出了系统的硬件和软件设计原理。通过现场应用表明系统启动性能良好,采用软起动的电机的起动电流比直接起动的起动电流减少了很多,达到了限制起动电流的要求,从而有效地减小异步电动机起动时对电网的冲击,取得了相当好的软启动效果,同时也带来了相当大的经济效益。 In the modem industrial control field, the startup control for asynchronous motors is a highly important research topic. Because the direct startup usually can generate the impact current, that is several times than the rated current. The impact current not only can damage the electricity net but also reduce the lifetime of motors. The paper introduced a soft starting controller system based on DSP-TMS320 platform, and the design principle of system software and hardware. Through the real implementation of the proposed system, we found that the motors which using soft starting controller, generate less startup current than direct startup. The soft starting controller system achieved the control of startup current, effectively reduces the impact of asynchronous motor startup to the electricity net. The results of soft startup were significant and also can bring huge economic benefit.
