摘要
研究了从低品位硫钴精矿焙砂浸出液中钻的富集及其与杂质的分离问题。所研究的浸出液已除去铁、铜,但钻含量仅为1g/L左右的硫酸溶液,而且镁、锌、镍、锰、硅等多种杂质约为钴的10倍左右。在室温下采用吸附剂吸附钴,经盐酸处理,可得钴为13g/L左右的盐酸溶液,排放液中钴小于1mg/L。将该溶液蒸发浓缩,钴进一步富集到20g/L以上,并同时除硅,富钴溶液的总收率达98.7%。随后用叔胺N235萃取分离杂质,所得氯化钴可达工业级标准。
Study is made on the upgrading of Co from low-grade concentrate calcine leachateand its separation from impurities. The studied leachate is free of Fe and Cu, with Co contentonly about 1 g/L while the impurities such as Mg. an. Ni. Mn. St etc in it are about ten times asmuch as Cab. After absorption by absorbent and then processing by HCl at room temperature, thecontent of Co in Hcf solution is about 13 g/L, and Co in the effluent is less than 1 mg/L. Afterevaporating and concentration. Co could be upgraded to over 20 g/L in the enriched solution andseparated from Si. The total recovery of Co to rich Co solution could reach as much as 98. 7%.Then extracted by N235 to separate impuritys CoC12 could reach the technical-purity standard.
