摘要
全面介绍了羧基亚硝基氟橡胶7113硫化胶的力学性能、耐高低温性能、耐四氧化二氮(N2O4)介质性能、耐老化性能及其密封件的应用试验结果和贮存寿命,并将其与羧基亚硝基氟橡胶7104和氟醚橡胶7110硫化胶的性能进行了比较分析。7113硫化胶具有优异的耐N2O4介质性能和良好的耐高低温性能,其耐介质、耐老化和成型工艺性能均在7104基础上有所提高。7113密封件通过了-40℃、常温和250℃的密封模拟实验、N2O4介质浸泡6个月密封模拟试验和加速老化试验等考核,可以作为耐N2O4介质的密封材料使用。
This paper gives a comprehensive presentation of the properties of a new kind of carboxy nitroso fluororubber 7113 developed by Aerospace Research Institute of Materials & Processing Technology (ARIMT) and also a description of several typical seals for aerospace application. The properties of vulcanized rubber 7113 are also compared with the carboxy nitroso fluororubber 7104 and the fluoroether rubber 7110 developed also by ARIMT for the N2O4 sealing system application. Results show that the new carboxy nitroso fluororubber and its sealing parts can meet the requirments for the N2O4 system sealing well.
